Sea Isle City - Sea Isle’s Plunge was started by the tourism commission. Not by one of the local bar owners. What ruined the plunge was the monster tents and the parents of teenagers not caring. Thank Gov Murphy for his rules on how to handle teen drinkers and how that is what ended the city handling the event.
