Sea Isle City - Regarding the spouter about how can the city determine who is renting there properties. Survey sent out ,honor system ,but does one be honest that they are renting or not?
Yes it's out of control. Some homeowners have rented there properties over twenty five years and never purchased a rental permit. Just keep in mind if they get sued you as attached, both will be involved. Yes you need extra Ins. Purchase your rental permits, it is protection if you have a prob. Actually the City should have Lines and Signs do this this job since they are under the Construction Office
