The private dumpster being used to empty the contents of a home

Sea Isle City - The private dumpster being used to empty the contents of a home on 45th Place has been parked on the street for over a month taking up two parking spaces in a part of our town where parking is at such a premium. Astonishingly, said residence has not one but two driveways that can accommodate the dumpster! Surely there is a city ordinance against this practice? Even more shocking is the home is 75 yards from the police station; beyond ridiculous.
