Please ban smoking on the beaches.

Sea Isle City - Please ban smoking on the beaches. It has been terrible this summer and the increasing popularity of vaping has only made the situation worse. Some days, particularly in the really crowded part of town, we are surrounded, and even if we try to move, the smoke follows us. Smoking is banned in most public places now. The beach should be no different. At the very least, create "smoking beaches" so people can choose to avoid them if desired.
