Sea Isle City - To the person upset about trash can lids missing in Sea Isle: If the trash collectors would put them back on then half the problem would be solved. Let's face it, Sea Isle is a windy city, it doesn't take much for those lids to blow down the street or even into the street. Some people have their addresses on them and that makes it easier to return by a good Samaritan. It's not the homeowners' fault if the lids get lost, I've lost a few myself and walked all around and never found them.
