Sea Isle City - For the past three years I have belonged to a women's group that has raised thousands of dollars for the local women's/domestic violence shelter. I was very disappointed in the shelter's executive director's explanation as to where and how our money has been used. All we saw were pictures. I hope she will eventually show us the receipts.
