Out of the 101 Dalmatians, one got away and was living his best

Sea Isle City - Out of the 101 Dalmatians, one got away and was living his best life on the beach in Sea Isle yesterday afternoon. I guess the no dogs allowed law is off the books. The summer hires for our police department rode by this beautiful dog twice and never stopped to issue a fine or remove this guy from the beach.
