Sea Isle City - One of Gov. Murphy's picks for the Pinelands Commission works for Ørsted, the company that is building the wind farm off our beaches. Isn't this a brazen conflict of interests? Surely, Ørsted will want to build a grid going through the pinelands. I'm surprised by Gov. Murphy's selling out of the integrity of the Pinelands to corporate interests so easily. The Pinelands is an area larger in scope than Yosemite and is the last great ecosystem on the east coast. It should be treasured and protected not sold out to corporate interests at the expense of New Jersey residents and all Americans.
