Sea Isle City - Once again, I am disgusted by Sea Isle's inability/disinterest in collecting the rental permits needed for rental properties. I think it should be mandated that real estate offices require proof of a permit before quickly renting and collecting their own fee! I'm currently looking out at 4 properties that are not displaying the rental decal. I know for a fact that at least one of these is handled by a local realtor. NO PERMIT, NO RENTAL.
