Sea Isle City - Ocean City put their south-end traffic signals on winter mode, which means they blink red one way and yellow the other. Can we please put 33rd St., 53rd St., and I believe 29th St. on this winter mode? 33rd St. light is one of the longest ones in the city. It’s so frustrating.
