Sea Isle City - The new ordinance about backpacks and beach closure is ridiculous. 75% of the kids have backpacks on the Promenade and they are going on the beach after closure. Bicycles abound after hours as always. The few police cannot control this. They are ignored. More police are needed after 9 pm. Warmings do not work. Ticket right away. Also, kids are finding other places such as the park at the end of island. Fix this.
