Sea Isle City - The new bar and hotel that is set to be built at the site of LaCosta may be competition to the owner of the Sea Isle Inn. I wonder if this will factor into the Zoning Board's decision to grant the developers the variances they are seeking. The project has the potential to be a nice addition to the town if it is constructed in a tasteful manner, spruces up JFK, and if the owners don't take any shortcuts on quality, aesthetics and landscaping.
