Sea Isle City - Love that a councilman in Ocean City is looking to get an ordinance in his town that makes owners responsible for their vacant buildings be presentable. Is the mayor serious when he said “that Ocean City officials have been looking at ordinances in Sea Isle and Avalon for guidance.” His administrator who we share sees our town that has a burned out building sitting there a year, a open lot that housed a closed bar for 2 years, a pizza shop that finally is getting a business after 5 years ALL on the main entry & he does nothing. Look @ boardwalk lots of bad buildings with no enforcement.
