Sea Isle City - As a longtime St. Joseph parish member, I am extremely disheartened at the divisiveness over the fate of the old church. Suggestions about not giving to Catholic Strong or wanting money back for past contributions for the new church are not in keeping with our Christian faith. The parish community needs to look forward. A refurbished old church would still have very limited use and not provide the space and functionality needed by the parish.
