Sea Isle City - Last fall, a company was paid $57.6 million for beach fill but the beaches suffered erosion so they had to do some additional fill this spring. How long are we going to continue this waste of money, if the engineers can't come up with a better way to protect the beaches? Without repeating it yearly we should stop trying to control mother nature and let nature take its course.
