Sea Isle City - At the last council meeting, our city council discussed ways of enhancing outdoor dining and drinking. What are the rules here? There are a bunch of tables and rickety fence at 63rd and Landis while there is no restaurant in sight. And there are no meters down there in that commercial district in front of two council members' businesses. Coincidence? Don't think so.
