Sea Isle City - Kids really haven't changed much. It's the parenting that has changed. As a teen, if I knew about these laws, it would not have mattered. I would have been more concerned about the punishment my parents were going to give me when they found out I disrespected the police and community I lived or vacationed in. Children without boundaries and respect are not the citizens we need in the future.
