Sea Isle City - It's a shame that NJDEP seems to value the life of an osprey over that of a human. We're stopping construction on a roadway that is hundreds of feet from a man-made nest, which may not even be in use by any ospreys. Get this ludicrous project over with before someone loses their life. The basis of the project itself should be the subject of an investigation by the N.J. attorney general. Makes no sense to raise a roadway that only flooded previously when the entire town was impassible because of flood waters.
