It's sad that we have so many scrooges in this town.

Sea Isle City - It's sad that we have so many scrooges in this town. Wednesday is a slow beach day and giving guests a free beach day allows them to spend their money in town for food, maybe some beach essentials, etc. Charging for this day is not going to bring the city a windfall.
