It's crazy how bad our beaches look this summer.

Sea Isle City - It's crazy how bad our beaches look this summer. Last year they looked great! It looks like they put new people in the rakes and sadly, it looks like they have no clue what they are doing. They don't even put the sand behind the fence; it just looks sloppy. Someone please teach them how to work the beach rakes.
