Sea Isle City - It would be nice if someone, perhaps the summer patrol officers, could enforce the no littering laws in Sea Isle. This past weekend, June 24-25 more than twice, I saw people flick their cigarette butts on the sidewalk on Landis Avenue. Why is this littering tolerated?
