Is it true that there have been 10 year non active members comin

Sea Isle City - Is it true that there have been 10 year non active members coming back to the fire department after hearing it could go to a paid department? So they take a check from the city for riding on and off the island , to and from their homes , get breakfast sandwiches and then get back in time to clock out and go back home. Now they’re gonna take another city check and then what? Oh make twice as much for doing nothing more! This is unbelievable. How can all these leaders be so blind? Maybe they should shadow some of these people for a day. Just a day is all it will take ! It’s a guaranteed laugh !!
