Sea Isle City - It is a shame that Sea Isle will not be building a wildlife observation tower to provide panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding marshlands at the new dog park. This would have been a wonderful asset and attraction for the city, despite reluctant officials hesitant about the observation tower becoming a popular "hang out."
