Sea Isle City - It is certainly nice to see all the new signs with the regulations for the Sea Isle promenade. The people doing the walk with the mayor recently should pay attention to them. Some were doing the walk with their dogs. At the end of the race, it was good to see some of our policemen milling around talking to some of the dog owners and not paying any attention to the 'no dogs on promenade' rule. It's great to see the people who make the rules do not need to enforce them or to only enforce them for some people.
