It appears that many newly constructed houses in Sea Isle do not

Sea Isle City - It appears that many newly constructed houses in Sea Isle do not abide by Sea Isle's zoning code and avoid including the required amount of trees and shrubs outlined in the city's code. Not sure why these properties are able to get away with this considering that attractive landscaping benefits the entire town and every neighborhood. Seems like a silly thing for officials to enable and not enforce.
