Sea Isle City - The Inflation Reduction Act repealed the prohibition of Medicare negotiating drug prices. Americans pay over 3 times more than other countries to Big Pharma. I’m thrilled that in 2026 the exorbitant cost of my Xarelto will be reduced by 75%! Congressional Republicans have voted 41 times so far to repeal this act which would stop Medicare’s ability to negotiate prices. This would stop the plan to reduce another 15 costly drugs due to be negotiated by February 2025. Be aware!
