I'm flummoxed as to why the number of people using Dealy Field f

Sea Isle City - I'm flummoxed as to why the number of people using Dealy Field for their dogs has increased since the opening of the Sea Isle dog park. Even more, I'm miffed that the police do nothing even though they can see on CCTV, the dogs, drive by and see the dogs and have posted "No dogs allowed" at all field entrances. This starts at 6:30 am and continues all day. It's illegal, makes a joke out of the $1 million dog park, flaunts the law, and is unhygienic for those using the fields for their intended purpose, including those practicing barefoot soccer kicking.
