Sea Isle City - If you drive around Sea Isle and wonder why there is so much flooding going on. Think about this, the amount of pools in this town is ridiculous not to mention all the concrete and complete pavers in the back yards these houses have. One house took out their stones in their backyard and put in a pool and then concreted their side yard which was stones and put in a basketball court. What exactly is the construction office allowing in this town?
