If one believes in representation in Congress, shouldn't all vot

Sea Isle City - If one believes in representation in Congress, shouldn't all vote for a Democrat? The southern state Republican and the red of Wisconsin must not set the agenda for Congress without our consideration. Now, if we pay more for education for our children, healthcare for our seniors, better roads, and colleges, we are penalized cause our state invests more for the future than Mississippi, Alabama and red state center, Kentucky. We are better than that. The world is better than what our reds want us to be.
