Sea Isle City - I went to take a look at what a recent spouter submitted regarding a property at 44th and Pleasure Avenue. Unbelievable that town authorities permit such a building to exist when there is a clear and very present danger that someone is going to get hurt on that property! I hope the former spouter is keeping tabs on the town being notified on this unsafe property. If anything should happen, no doubt the town will be part of the lawsuit.
