Sea Isle City - I went around town counting benches people are complaining about. I was shocked to count 763 benches all over town that included those on the boardwalk, at the playground, at the boardwalk at the marina, on the street (Landis avenue), on the beach paths (1 beach has 4), etc. if the city charged these people $500 to place the benches at these locations like they did when they had the program before it would make almost $400,000. Let.’s bring back the bench program and charge these people to place the benches throughout town.
