Sea Isle City - I walked by a house on 39th and Central everyday the weekend of June 6. There were cars parked in the wrong direction and on the sidewalk. None of the cars were ticketed. The rent-a-cops of the town must live there or have friends that live there. I never see cops walking past there. There were cars ticketed on other streets for parking the wrong way. It is just pure laziness if you cannot turn your car around and park in the right direction.
