I understand the need for beach tags.

Sea Isle City - I understand the need for beach tags. On May 28, beach tag checkers were in place. They could have been there for beachgoers to purchase seasonal tags, but to have beach tags be required when lifeguards are not even present is really not fair. I thought beach tags were required Memorial Day to Labor Day?
