Sea Isle City - I totally agree with a spouter who says the old public school should be converted into a community center with a pool. The town could desperately use something to attract families in the winter besides boasting bars and just holiday weekends, like Polar Plunge. In addition to all of us, residents who would love such a center, it would benefit everyone who runs the town (mayor, city council and current business owners). Why not host basketball tournaments, swim meets, and wrestling matches for youth athletic leagues in South Jersey year-round? More visitors equals more time and money spent.
