Sea Isle City - I thoroughly enjoyed the remake of the Charles Dickens novel "Oliver Twist" which played before the Senate Intelligence Committee June 13. Starring in a leading role was Attorney General Jeff Sessions as the "Artful Dodger." Sessions evaded testimony about his conversations with Trump - particularly about firing James Comey - citing no executive privilege or any other legal basis for refusing to answer questions. He did speak of long-standing DOJ policy (of which he provided no written verification) and he testified that he had not read these policies in preparation for his testimony.
