Sea Isle City - I saw the City is making a new ordinance about speed limits on the promenade for bikes. The chief of police said the cops got special training in seeing how fast a bike is going. I never knew there was training for seeing how fast a bike was going, is a bike big enough to even get a speed from? I'd love to hear more about how this will be done and how they plan to write tickets to 15 year olds speeding on the boardwalk. This is the real crime.
