I received a $30 parking ticket with no reasonable way to appeal

Sea Isle City - I received a $30 parking ticket with no reasonable way to appeal. The Park Mobile app provides prompts (eg “you must enter your parking space number”) but does NOT prompt you to go to bottom of app to press “Submit” resulting in my ticket. Going to Court very inconvenient.. The online plea option is complicated and time consuming (eg password must be “exactly 14 characters” and in end I could not register. E-Z Pass appeals are much easier. SIC should authorize the Park Mobile phone rep or a SIC worker or office to help resolve issues by phone or mail.
