Sea Isle City - I now understand why the storm drains in the shore towns do not work, after seeing a home demolished. The trucks come and go, leaving a trail of mud and dirt. They did shovel and sweep, but left plenty behind. Cars are covered in the dust remaining on the street. Piles of mud are put on private property or left in the street to wash into the storm system during the next storm.
