Sea Isle City - I just read where Sea Isle City is concerned with loss of sand around Townsends Bridge .They have no one but themselves and the Army Corp to blame. Keep pumping sand onto the beach with nothing to hold it results in sand getting pushed South and then gets caught in whirlpool actions around inlets, especially on the moon tides. Been watching inlets for 60 plus years and before beach replenishment, Townsend beach area around the bridge was constant. What a waste of taxpayers money.
