I guess I didn't understand what VOTING means!

Sea Isle City - I guess I didn't understand what VOTING means! Sea Isle residents voted in the majority to go forward with the new rec center. I guess that didn't really matter. I must have missed how after all the votes are in, the tally doesn't matter since only TWO elected officials apparently were able to put a stop to the whole idea.
