Sea Isle City - I followed two men riding abreast on bicycles down a fairly narrow street May 28. I had no hopes of passing them, so I just bided my time. When they came to a stop sign, one man held up his hand as if to stop cross traffic, which of course, did not stop. He and his pal fumbled on their bikes and came to a stop. As the car passed, one of them yelled and made frustrated gestures. I rolled down my window and called out, "Hey, you guys are not pedestrians. They don't have to stop, you have the stop sign." As they pedaled off one yelled an expletive back. We need to educate these folks, and soon.
