Sea Isle City - I applaud The Herald for bringing to light the information about possible rapes on the promenade this summer. Those of us who are residents are shamed by this happening in our little town but we all know that Sea Isle was overrun last summer by a bunch of juveniles who did exactly what they wanted. What a disgrace! Let’s hope for a better summer this year.
