Sea Isle City - I am a summer resident of Sea Isle City. I always get a seasonal pass for the boat ramp. This year I was saddened to hear of Jimmy’s passing. His wife Sally is helpful to everyone. No foolishness, just concerned for everyone’s safety. I witnessed some upsetting disrespect to her. People were parking and not using the ramp. She tried to explain the parking restrictions but they insulted her. Sally and the man who works with her take a lot of verbal abuse. They are doing a good job for Sea Isle administration.
