Once someone has been executed, it is guaranteed they never commit another crime, in or out of prison, but Islamic extremists consider themselves martyrs, and their greatest joy is to go to Heaven, having died killing lots of infidels. There is no doubt that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is a committed Muslim extremist and dying for Jihad would be his ultimate satisfaction.
