Sea Isle City - I am an over 40-year summer resident of Sea Isle, and have found an increasing number of bikes, roller blades and skateboards on the boardwalk well after the posted hours. I was almost hit recently, and my 3-year-old grandaughter was nearly hit a few weeks ago. Why can't the hours posted on the boardwalk be enforced? Sea Isle used to be a "family safe" environment, but these vehicles are "an accident waiting to happen." Other islands seem to be able to enforce their rules. Three summer police standing and talking at 40th St. doesn't work. The kids get off, come up another street.
