Sea Isle City - I am an ocean fisherman. Over the years I have seen ocean temperatures rise in the summer and fall in the winter however I have NEVER seen ocean temperatures rise as dramatically as this year. I was out on a recent Sunday ,about 12 miles and the temperature was 76 degrees already with warming to continue into September. Question: Could Al Gore have been right?
