I am confused as to how the kayak berth lottery was conducted.

Sea Isle City - I am confused as to how the kayak berth lottery was conducted. On the Sea Isle City Recreation page for the kayak lottery it states that the lottery is closed and shows those that won a berth. I also went on to the Sea Isle Recreation Facebook page where there is a list of events and when the dates of registration is opened and the date in which it closes and those dates listed for the lottery are open date 4/26/24 and closing date is 5/31/24 and the registration is still open as of this spout.
