Sea Isle City - I almost killed a youngster on a bike July 16. He drove through a stop sign at full speed and pulled right in front of me. Luckily, I was driving a bit below the speed limit and I have decent peripheral vision. A little faster, a little slower reaction time and slightly poorer vision and it would have been a tragedy. It would have ruined my life and snuffed out another life way too soon. When is somebody going to do something about the dangerous use of bicycles?
