Sea Isle City - How long does a construction permit last in Sea Isle? A house on 44th and Pleasure Ave. has been in "remodel" mode since early 2017 and here we are in the ninth month of the year and it continues to look like a massive, scary house out of a frightening movie. Will it ever look like actual progress is taking place? It's an eyesore for our town!
