How is it that when the councilmen in Ocean City have a problem

Sea Isle City - How is it that when the councilmen in Ocean City have a problem with their constituents and they have meetings to discuss their problems the administrator finds the time to meet with them for hours but when you call his office or email him in sea isle he never answers or responds to emails? If he wants to spend his time taking care of Ocean city’s problems let them have him full time and Sea Isle we can get our own who will concentrate on our town problems.
